We'd like to keep you well-informed on the measures and protocols we've taken in our clinic, but also on the situation in Belgium, updates on travel advice and basically everything relevant to you as our patient.

Surgeries

We continue adjusting our imposed measures at the clinic to ensure maximum safety for both our patients and staff.  In order to have a surgery, a negative test taken max. 48 hours before your arrival at the clinic is still mandatory. Please always respect the current quarantine policy of your country. The Consultative Committee has discussed the coronavirus situation in our country and has decided on a number of new protective measures. As a result, the extended use of face masks and mandatory teleworking has been imposed. Strict compliance is necessary if we want to avoid a lockdown. The number of infections, hospital admissions as well as the number of patients in intensive care has almost doubled in the past two weeks. In order to avoid overloading the healthcare system and to allow education and our economy to continue functioning as normally as possible, the Consultative Committee has decided on a series of protective measures.

Protective mouth masks for every patient

Clinic protocols

Our medical staff has always worked with protective mouth masks and gloves. But due to the current situation, we've implemented protocols and measures to ensure the patient's health and safety as much as possible:

  • A negative PCR-test of max. 48 hours before the treatment is mandatory

  • We preferably ask only patients to enter the clinic

  • There are multiple automatic dispensers to disinfect your hands thoroughly
  • We've installed a large protective shield at our welcome desk 
  • In every room there is a Novaerus dis-infection and odour control which protects against all airborne viruses and bacteria
  • Wearing a FFP2-mouth mask is mandatory everywhere in the clinic
  • Before the personal consultation in Dr. Feriduni's office, the furniture and iPad are being disinfected 
  • Our staff is divided in 2 teams: in the operation room, the lunch area,...
  • Our administrative team is working remote in turn
  • Staff can only enter the dressing room one per one
